To get you an answer on the first reply, please include:

• Your order number (it's in your confirmation email)
• The email address used at checkout
• A short description of the issue — and photos, if it's about damage or a defect

What We Can Help With

• Order status and tracking — we'll pull up your shipment and send an update
• Damaged or incorrect items — send photos and we'll make it right
• Product questions — sizing, materials, care, anything before you buy
• Cancellations or address changes — email us as soon as possible; once an order enters fulfillment we may not be able to change it
